of God.
During the First World
War, God providentially guided Alvin York to a great victory.
· God
providentially protected Alvin York when the machine guns mowed off the
brush just above his head and filled the canteen by his side with 18 bullet
holes.
· God
providentially helped Alvin to shoot all six German soldiers who were trying
to ambush him.
· God
providentially protected Alvin from the German officer’s pistol as he fired
at point blank range at Alvin, unloading his pistol but missing every time.
· God
providentially caused the German officer to order his men to surrender.
· God
providentially caused the grenade that was thrown at Alvin to explode before
it got to him.
· God
providentially caused the German soldier that shot at Alvin to miss.
· God
providentially allowed Alvin and seven others to capture and lead the132
German soldiers to the American lines.
Before the Desert Storm
war, prayer meetings and revival services broke out all over the army, and
attendance in American churches reached its all time high. God heard our
prayers and began to intervene.

intervened by allowing the Task Force to reach the second day’s objective at
the close of the first day.

intervened by allowing our men to capture 2,000 prisoners the first day.

intervened by preventing any of the Task Force Rangers from being killed on
the first day.
